The 2009 Watsonville Fly-in and Air Show is now history. The event was a safe one again, along with being a big learning experience. As the Coordinator for the Safety – Communications Unit, I wish to express my thanks to everyone in the Amateur Radio and Medical communities that participated as volunteers to help make this event a safer and better event than it would have been without us.. IMPORTANT: This will be changing shortly, to a place where you can leave your comments about the operations, and see those of others that participated. I will be taking your collective comments and passing them along in my report to the Air Show organization in hopes that they will be applied to the planing and implementation of next year's event. |
